I’ve spent most of my life seeking answers and truth. In 2003, I was hit by the perfect storm. Laid off from a high paying job, faced with the death of my father and the end of a long term relationship, depression took over. Even through the turbulence of this time in my life, I continued to seek answers and a spiritual life.
In September of 2006, after years of dealing with my problems by not dealing with them, I hit an emotional, physical and spiritual bottom. With a new clarity and convinced of the need for a spiritual solution to the often unsatisfactory nature of life I began my spiritual journey.
On October 1, 2007 a motorcycle accident gave me a glimpse of the beauty of existence and the serenity that can be found in being present. Since that time I have been determined in my search and study of spiritual concepts. My desire to build a spiritual life has fueled my journey and enabled me to build a personal philosophy and spiritual practice that influences my daily life. As my own spiritual life has expanded, my desire to share my experience and knowledge with others and to encourage them to map out and follow their own path, has also grown.

In a spiritual reality, nothing can be lost and therefore, nothing can be taken, but while we perceive this physical reality, the idea of losing when you give or gaining when you take, are inbred into the worlds thinking.’
